At our foundation, we believe that continuous learning is key to maintaining efficiency and achieving positive results. Programme Manager, Anne Nayral de Puybusque, has recently completed an intensive 10-week training program in Brussels. The program, titled “Impact Management: the Next Level,” was organized by Impact Europe and brought together 21 impact investing practitioners from 15 different countries. Participants included incubators, fund managers, corporate foundations, and NGOs.
· In-Depth training on Impact Measurement & Management (IMM): Anne gained comprehensive knowledge on the latest methodologies and tools in IMM, enhancing our ability to measure and manage impact effectively.
· Best practices and case studies: The program featured real-world examples and best practices from other investors, providing valuable insights and strategies that we can implement within our own operations.
· Upgrading our Impact thesis and risk assessment: Anne worked on refining our impact thesis and improving our assessment of impact risks, ensuring that we are well-prepared to make informed decisions that drive positive change.
· Preparing for future initiatives: The training also covered essential aspects of future initiatives, such as impact performance reporting and impact verification, positioning us to stay ahead in the field of impact investing.
