As 2025 comes to a close, we’re celebrating the power of local leadership. This year, we partnered with 25 incredible organisations across 50 countries, with 79% of our funding going directly to locally led initiatives — people turning climate, economic and social challenges into practical solutions.
We also experimented with new ways to make funding go further. Our first repayable grant, in partnership with Beneficial Returns, showed how capital can be recycled to support multiple Indigenous-led enterprises in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Our partners’ impact spans the globe, with one common denominator: each project shows that resilience is built through the everyday choices communities make.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’ll scale innovative finance, amplify what works, and connect partners so they can learn from one another.
