The Trafigura Foundation is Seeking a Programme Manager

We are pleased to announce a 9-month, full-time fixed-term position (maternity cover) in our team, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Trafigura Foundation is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee assigned partnerships, support grantees, and help develop a pipeline of new strategic partnerships.

The PM will also contribute to Foundation’s operations, strategic discussions and may be asked to represent the Foundation externally. There is no expectation of extension beyond the maximum duration of the contract. The position is based in Geneva, Switzerland. Travel will be required.

Requirements

– 
Master’s degree in a relevant field and minimum 6 years’ experience in comparable roles.

– Project and grant management experience (including budget oversight), strategy development, and experience in development/humanitarian/peacebuilding sectors with climate-related work.

– Practical experience in low- and middle-income countries.– Full fluency in English;

– French and/or Spanish an asset. Interest or experience in corporate philanthropy is desirable.
