Trafigura Foundation Responds to United Nations Call on Extreme Heat

In alignment with United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres’ call to address the urgent issue of extreme heat, the Trafigura Foundation is proud to join the call to action convened by the ClimateWorks Foundation

The organisation has brought together a coalition of philanthropies that will invest an initial USD 50 million in climate adaptation and resilience efforts, specifically targeting regions most impacted by extreme heat and other climate-related stresses. 

This initiative represents a pivotal step in addressing the impacts of extreme heat and underscores the Trafigura Foundation’s dedication to advancing climate resilience on a global scale.
